STYLE WARS : TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

1) By entering the competition for the chance to win VIP entrance to 'Style Wars' at Proud Galleries in Camden, London on May 27th, 2009 for you and one other, you agree to these terms and conditions.  

2) This Competition is open to residents of the UK and Eire aged 18 and over, except for employees of the Arcadia Group, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Competition. No purchase is necessary.   

3) To enter you must answer the question presented on 'topman.blog.com' by emailing your answer to 'contribute@topman.com' by 17:00 on May 22, 2009.

4) By entering this Competition, you agree that your details including your email address may be used to keep you informed about Topman promotions, products and news. Topman complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. For further details please see our online Privacy Policy at www.topman.com.  

5) Only one entry per person. Late, incomplete, or corrupt entries will not be accepted. Topman takes no responsibility for any entry that is not received due to a technical fault. Entries must not be submitted through agencies or third parties.  

6) The winner will be the first person who enters the correct answer to the question posted on 'topman.blog.com'. The winner will be notified by e-mail no later than Saturday 23rd May 2009. Topman's decision will be final. There will only be one winner.  

7) There is one prize (“Prize”) on offer consisting of entrance for the winner and one other person to 'Style Wars' at Proud Galleries in Camden, London on May 27th, 2009. The prize excludes all travel, accommodation and other costs or expenses. As the Prize is for VIP entry, the promoter may not issue tickets and instead take the winners name for reference on the night.

8) The Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Topman reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.  

9) The winner's details will be made available for up to fourteen days after the draw by sending a SAE to the Topman Marketing Department at the address below.  

10) Topman reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry or, where reasonable, any individual winning the competition and/or (iii) amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time (using reasonable endeavours to notify material changes to entrants and potential entrants).
